Class Descriptions:

Find the class that's right for you...


Pole Dance Glance

This is where the journey begins!  This is a mandatory class for all students.  This class is for students of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.  Learn techniques for warm-up, shoulder positioning, handholds, walking, spins and core strengthening.


Level 1 Spin Pole Beginner Technique

This class is for women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.  We recommend attending this class &/or L1 Poleography at least 1x per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.  Learn the foundations of pole while building strength and confidence.  Learn techniques for spins, transitions, climbs and sits.


Level 1 Spin Pole Beginner Polography

This class is for women of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.  We recommend attending this class &/or L1 Techniques at least 1x per week for a minimum of 8 weeks.  Learn the foundations of pole while building strength and confidence.  Learn choreography that builds on the spins, transitions, climbs and sits taught in L1.


Level 2 Spin Pole Intermediate Technique

This class is not for everyone. You must have completed 8 L1 classes or have an instructor's approval  to take this class.  Students must be able to climb, sit & stand easily before attending.


Power Pole

No prereqs required.  These classes are for all fitness levels.  Customized fitness to increase your overall fitness and strength for pole.


Invert Workshop

This class is not for everyone.  You must have completed 8 L1 classes or have an instructor's approval to take this class.  Students must be able to climb, sit & stand easily before attending.


Invert Conditioning

This class is intermediate level.  You will practice drills used to increase your invert performance.  You must have completed 8 L1 classes or have an instructor's approval to take this class.  Students must be able to climb, sit & stand easily before attending.


Heels over Head

This is an intermediate class consisting of inversions and tricks.  You must have taken the invert workshop and need strong invert and be able to perform the butterfly and crucifix comfortably. 


Level 1 Static Pole

This class is for everyone of all levels of fitness.  Learn moves on a basic non-spinning pole while building confidence and strength.  Learn techniques for spins, transitions, climbs, and sits.  Must have completed a Pole Dance Glance class.


Level 3 Pole Technique

This class isn't for everyone.  You must be able to do a basic invert from floor without assistance, crucifix, inside/outside leg hang, three climbs without touching, and comfortably hold butterfly.


Firm & Flex Stretching

A stretching class designed for all fitness levels.  Learn proper techniques of stretching while building flexibility and strength.


Burlesque

Come get your sexy on!  This class is open to all fitness levels!  Break out those stockings and heels.  You will learn stocking & glove removal as well as how to Bump, Grind, and Slide.


Chair & Seduction

A blend of dance styles including but not limited to Chair dance, Floor work, and Wall-dance. Learn movement fluidity and transitions in your performance.  Stilettos are recommended.  This class is suitable for all levels.


Twerkshop

Available for all students.  Have fun conditioning your body with a high energy cardio workout.
Learn to twerk and find your sexy in this choreography class.  Knee pads are recommended.


LaBlast Dance Fitness

A fun, new, dance fitness program based on all the dances you see on 'Dancing with the Stars'.  It's partner free and you learn fundamental dancing skills , while blasting away calories.  It's a fun filled, high energy, dance class that will challenge and inspire people of all ages and fitness levels.  Learn dances like Disco, Cha-cha, Jive, Salsa, Paso Doble, Samba & more.  Light weights may be utilized during some portions of the class.


Beginner Belly Dance

Have fun while learning Basic belly dance skills. This includes proper posture, safety tips, belly dance technique and drills, and dance movement. Focus is on basic movements. We will also cover many topics including culture and history.


Beyond Basics Belly Dance

In this class, we will review and build upon the skills from Beginner Belly Dance. This includes proper posture, safety tips, belly dance technique and drills, and dance movement. Focus is on combinations and original choreographies. We will also cover many topics including culture and history as well as zill drills.


Ballet Boot Camp

Workout Ballet style to get lean muscle & amazing cardio  improvement.  All levels of fitness are welcome.


Kickboxing

We blend boxing and kickboxing techniques with cross training and flexibility training to give you an intense workout with a fighting edge!  Learn basic martial arts techniques and how they can build strength and coordination. This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.  We will modify to your level to help you continue to grow and improve!
