Tami Hartman - Co-owner of SHS and Certified Pole Instructor
I began my pole journey in the winter of 2011 and immediately fell in love. As a 52 year old mother and grandmother, I found this sport to be both exciting and empowering. It's an all over body work-out that leaves you feeling empowered both physically and mentally. As our passion for the sport grew, we decided to share our new discovery with others and Spinning Harts was soon born. I am a certified pole instructor through Discoveries Dance and I am currently working on my group fitness certification. We truly hope you join us in your fitness journey and we look forward to meeting you.
Heather Hartman - Co-owner of SHS and Certified Pole Instructor
I’ve always had a passion for dance and it’s been an integral part of my life. After studying ballroom and belly dance, I found Pole in January of 2011. I took my first class alongside my sister, Tami, and we immediately fell in love. My goal in each of my classes is to show, by example, how beautiful everyone is and how they can build inner confidence and empowerment through pole. From personal experience, I know that pole can be a life changing journey.
With the love and support of our family, Tami and I decided to open a Pole studio and in March of 2015 SHS was born. Not long after, I was certified in pole instruction thru Discoveries Dance. Juggling a full-time programming career, family and our pole family can at times be quite challenging, but I have found that it only makes each moment together all the more precious.
I feel extremely honored to have opened SHS along side of my beautiful sister and to share this passion… this love, with all who choose to walk thru our doors.

Shanrica Pine - Certified Pole Instructor
Hi, my name is Shanrica (Rica for short), and I have been pole dancing now for a little over a year. In this short time, I have completely fallen in love with any and everything pole. I admire the strength, confidence, and security that pole has a way of bringing out in women and men alike. Pole has been such a wonderful outlet for me, one that quickly became a passion.
My goal as a pole artist is to continue training, competing, and teaching pole dance fitness as well as gaining knowledge, skills, and techniques by attending workshops, trainings, and events all over the US. I hope to inspire others to find their personal passions whether it's on or off the pole.
As an instructor, the safety of the individuals I teach come first and the reason I obtained my certification in pole dance instruction. I am also CPR/First Aid/AED certified for both adults and pediatrics.
