We understand that you are new to pole.  Here are some tips to help you arrive prepared:

  • Wear shorts (shorter the better), and tank tops.  The more skin exposed the more opportunity to grip the pole.
  • Please no lotions or oils applied on pole days.  This will prevent any grip and can be dangerous for the student.
  • Please no jewelry.  Rings can pinch the skin and prevent proper grip.  Necklaces and belly piercing can be caught on the pole.
  • We will be barefoot in Pole Dance Glance and Level 1 classes.  Shoes vary with instructors and preference.
