POLE

  • This is where the journey begins! This is a mandatory class for all students. This class is for students of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Learn techniques for warm-up, shoulder positioning, handholds, walking, spins and core strengthening.

  • This class is for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. We recommend attending this class &/or Back to Basics at least 1x per week for a minimum of 8 weeks. Learn the foundations of pole while building strength and confidence. Learn techniques for spins, transitions, climbs and sits. You must have attended a Pole Dance Glance before attending a level 1.

  • Advanced pole classes. You must have an instructor's approval to attend this class.

  • This class is not for everyone. You must have an instructor's approval to take this class. This class will be a breakdown of how to do various inversions.

  • This class is intermediate level. You will practice drills used to increase your invert performance. You must have completed 8 L1 classes or have an instructor's approval to take this class. Students must be able to climb, sit & stand easily before attending.

  • This class is for all ages, sizes and fitness levels. We recommend attending this class &/or L1, &/or Back to Basics at least 1x per week for a minimum of 8 weeks. Learn the foundations of pole while building strength and confidence. Learn techniques for spins, transitions, climbs and sits while on a static pole.

  • This class is not for everyone. You must have completed 8 L1 classes and have an instructor's approval to take this class. Students must be able to climb, sit & stand easily before attending. Intermediate level.

  • Advanced Pole classes. You must have taken Level 1 and Level 2 classes, be able to invert from the floor and aerial invert without assistance and be comfortable in your crucifix, butterfly, both inside and outside leg hangs, and be able to climb 3 times without touching the floor to attend this class.

  • This class is for the advanced student. You must have instructor approval to attend. You must be comfortable with inside/outside leg hangs, inverting comfortably unassisted, and climbing 3 times without touching the ground.

  • Learn how to combine floorwork and pole tricks around the bottom third of the pole. Kneepads are recommended. Must be 18 years or older

  • Learn to Fly with FabPole class; a beautiful combination of aerial fabric/silks and pole dancing to explore the creative you. You will learn moves, combos, and transitions to become familiar with the apparatus and gain fluidity w your movement. Must have attended a Pole Dance Glance class, FabPole Intro1 and Intro2.

  • Intermediate level 1.5. In this level 1.5 class, you will learn to enter and exit pole moves in creative ways by exploring new paths of movements. You MUST have a strong climb and be comfortable in chair spin, forward spin, and crucifix to take this class. Shorts and kneepads recommended. Heels optional.

  • In this beginner exotic flow class, you will learn foundational building blocks for dancing in heels. This class will learn weekly routines and aims to improve musicality and flow around and with the pole. Prerequisites: basic understanding of level 1 criteria. Heels recommended but not required. Kneepads required.

  • This 1 hour class is designed to bring out your naughty side. All those things you might consider taboo in our normal pole class, you can let come out while learning exotic dance style tricks, combos and stage presence. This class is for level 1 and above and will teach you to channel your inner video vixen. Feel free to dress the part, bring layers for striptease and heels, if you would like.
